Webb Yates Engineers carried out the structural design for this detached family house on a narrow site. The bespoke pre-fabricated timber frame structure meets Code 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Accommodation comprises 3 storeys and incorporates a large roof light to bring daylight deep in the long and narrow plan of this house. The simple elevations reinterpret the vernacular of the surrounding Victorian houses.
