Providing multi-disciplinary engineering services, we’re collaborating with Waugh Thistleton Architects on the adaptive re-use of the late Victorian building for Bywater Properties. The design removes the existing top floor, a 1970s addition, and replaces it with two additional floors of timber mass construction to deliver contemporary workspaces.
