In the order pictured, the shortlisted projects are:
Niwa House — a new private family home that trailblazes the way for composite timber and stone construction, with Takero Shimazaki Architects, Xylotek, New Wave London.
The Greenhill Building — a new timber building providing flexible teaching space for Harrow Arts Centre, for Harrow Council with Chris Dyson Architects.
8 Bleeding Heart Yard — the transformation of a 1970s office block in Clerkenwell for Seaforth Land, with Groupwork, RED Construction, Atelier One.
WorkStack — a unique high-density, affordable industrial space on a compact site for Greenwich Enterprise Board, with dRMM, Arup, B&K Hybrid Solutions, F. Parkinson.
