Five projects shortlisted for RIBA London Awards

We are fortunate to have collaborated on five of the projects on the 78-strong shortlist.
The five shortlisted projects, pictured below, are:
Greenhill Building – a new two-story timber building designed to create flexible teaching and community spaces, with Chris Dyson Architects for Harrow Council.
8 Bleeding Heart Yard – the transformation of a 1970’s office block, with Groupwork for Seaforth.
Niwa House – A new private home featuring a composite stone and timber roof, and exposed timber frames inspired by Japanese architecture, with Takero Shimazaki Architects.
Westminster Chapel – the refurbishment of the Grade II* listed building, improving the longevity of the space, with ScottWhitbyStudio for the Trustees and Elders of Westminster Chapel.
Charlton Workstack – high-density, affordable industrial space on a compact site, with dRMM for Greenwich Enterprise Board.
