Sebin joined our building services team in 2022 and has since played a pivotal role in the delivery of a range of high-profile projects. His portfolio includes multiple residential developments, landmark refurbishment projects, and commercial ventures, such as the transformation of a five-floor building on in central London into a contemporary office space.

A passionate and driven electrical engineer, Sebin is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth. He is highly proficient in industry-standard design software, including Dialux and Trimble, and has a strong commitment to sustainable building practices.

His career began in the Middle East, where he amassed nearly five years of experience working with a multidisciplinary contracting firm. During this period, he contributed to high-impact projects, including prisons, residential suites, and a police training academy. This hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in electrical design, site management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. He went on to earn his master’s in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University in 2022.
