Sanaz joined the Webb Yates Engineers building services team in 2024 and has been working on several new build residential developments that prioritize sustainable practices.

She is a dedicated and innovative problem solver and is passionate about enhancing building performance through efficient design and a comprehensive understanding of public health and building services. Sanaz possesses a strong knowledge of architectural and engineering software, including AutoCAD and IES, and is committed to implementing sustainable design principles in her work.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Birjand in Iran, Sanaz gained valuable experience as a mechanical engineer with an MEP contracting firm, where she worked on diverse commercial and official projects. Driven to expand her knowledge, she pursued an MSc in Building Services Engineering from London South Bank University in 2024, before joining us to continue her career.
