Roxana joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2024, bringing knowledge gained from four years’ of practice. She’s been developing her experience with us working with some of our key clients, including on several infrastructure project on the site of a major London airport.

An ambitious and motivated engineer, she has a strong background in technology and mathematics, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget, with a keen focus on sustainability and innovation. She has working relationships with a number of utility companies, including Thames Water, Anglian Water and Severn Trent Water.

After graduating from the Technical University of Civil Engineering in Bucharest with a bachelor’s degree with honours in 2013, Roxana gained varied early civil engineering experience in Romania. She then went on to work with several UK-based engineering companies, where she grew her expertise working in a range of sectors and typologies, including: commercial and residential subdivisions; roadway design including streets, highways, arterial streets and freeways; and hydrology, water sewer and storm drainage design.
