Roberto joined Webb Yates in 2025 as an Associate Director, bringing over 15 years of experience with a particular focus on sustainable timber design. He joined our senior team to drive forward our pioneering work in timber and composite structures.

Passionate about sustainable construction, Roberto is especially interested in how timber and stone can be combined to create efficient, expressive structures. He is motivated by the opportunity to translate ambitious ideas into practical, buildable solutions, drawing on his deep technical understanding and creative approach.

Before joining our team, Roberto spent over nine years at a leading mass timber contractor, where he delivered more than 40 projects across the education, residential, office and mixed-use sectors.
