Prathamesh joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2025 as part of the civils team and has been gaining experience on a range of projects, including carrying out flood risk assessments for development sites. He is particularly interested in how civil engineering can contribute to creating sustainable and resilient communities.

He enjoys applying his technical knowledge while exploring ways to deliver practical, environmentally conscious design solutions. His strengths lie in structures, geotechnics, and construction management, and he is keen to continue developing his skills while learning from project challenges.

Prathamesh graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2024 with a master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Management. During his studies he gained experience on an underground metro construction project and worked with Severn Trent as a Sustainability Intern, which gave him valuable insight into both the technical and environmental aspects of engineering.
