Mya joined our team after graduating in 2024. She has quickly gained experience with us, working on interesting projects including the design of an integrated rainwater harvesting system for a winery on the south coast of England, and the conversion of an existing conservation area building to independent living units for a homelessness charity.

A motivated and detail-oriented engineer, Mya is particularly interested in utilising sustainable drainage systems to manage flood risk whilst improving biodiversity in urban areas. She is passionate about designing systems that are resilient to a changing climate and is committed to further developing her understanding of the pathways to decarbonisation within civils infrastructure.

Mya gained her master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London. During her studies, she completed an internship with us, where she gained valuable design experience working on the major redevelopment of a prominent London commercial building, and was inspired to return to the team.
