Lakmi started her career with Webb Yates Engineers in 2023, and has since been involved in the building services designs for a number of interesting projects, ranging from several new build homes to the refurbishment of a series railway arches into a new retail and community hub for for Transport for London.

In addition to her mechanical engineering knowledge, she has sound experience in energy and environmental design with the use of a variety of parametric modelling tools.

Lakmi graduated from Anglia Ruskin University in 2023 with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. During her studies, she gained early experience working with several reputable engineering firms, including on projects involving the design of HVAC ducting and optimisation of mechanical systems.
