Hazel joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2021 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR, gained through her work within a range of industries. She is the lead of our HR activities, covering everything from policies to recruitment.

A highly strategic thinker, Hazel has a keen eye for identifying and implementing HR solutions for employee engagement and wellbeing. She holds a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Strategic People Management and has hands on experience in working on complex employee relations cases, making her a trusted pair of hands when dealing with our most valuable assets – our people.
