Annabel joined our team in 2023 as Practice Manager, bringing 15 years’ experience of similar roles in the industry. She leads all aspects of our operations across both our London and Birmingham offices, overseeing administration, HR and marketing.

Annabel enjoys collaborating across the business to ensure the practice operates smoothly, embedding company values, culture, and strategies. She is passionate about ensuring the practice is an enjoyable place to work, where design teams are supported to be their best. As a member of our sustainability group, Annabel is a key advocate of the company’s role in achieving the highest social and environmental standards.
