Agata joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2024 to lead our team of civil engineers, bringing over 20 years’ previous experience. A qualified member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, her knowledge covers highway design, road maintenance, road safety, sustainable drainage design, transport planning, urban design, and geographical information systems (GIS).

She is practised in leading teams and overseeing project delivery, client relationships, training junior staff, quality assurance, and bidding. She has successfully collaborated with major engineering and architectural practices and has developed strong working relationships with Thames Water, Network Rail, Transport for London, and the Environmental Agency, as well as local authorities across the country. Agata is passionate about providing a fully coordinated designs incorporating solid engineering principles that merge seamlessly with the architectural vision for public realm schemes and sustainable developments.

Agata has a Master’s degree in Civil and Transportation Engineering and a Doctorate in Transportation Engineering, both from the University of Catania, Italy. Her past experience includes the establishment of a GIS and highway design company in Italy, as well as working with several UK-based international engineering firms, where she has led numerous infrastructure projects through all design stages.
