Vienna Court is located in State House Crescent in the centre of Nairobi, Kenya. The low-rise office complex comprises of two crescent shaped office wings facing the central courtyard garden and reflecting pools to the east and the west and a two storey ancillary wing to the north.

The development was proposed in response to the demand for high end office space in Nairobi and provides 11500 ft2 of premium office space plus a gym, cafeteria and conference facilities.

Sustainability was one of the key design considerations from the outset. Vienna Court is one of Nairobi's first green buildings and has achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) pre-certification Gold. The layout was designed to allow for maximum natural lighting and passive ventilation, as well as to provide unobstructed views of the central courtyard garden.

The developer, PDM, part of The Aga Khan Development Network, sought to maximise the environmental sustainability and energy efficiency of the complex by incorporating solar lighting, natural ventilation and bicycle storage facilities.

Balconies are provided on all floors to provide fluid circulation routes and usable outdoor space. By setting back the office units, the balconies also provide solar shading in the hot climate.
