Tiverton town-centre’s housing scheme has won planning permission.

Designed with Mikhail Riches, the 39-home scheme, set on the banks of the River Exe is an important opportunity to complete a piece of this historic town centre. Built around three new cobbled lanes on an empty town-centre plot, the buildings will step up from two storeys at the riverbank to four storeys in the blocks nearest the Grade II-listed town hall.

The development comprises 16 one-bedroom flats, 12 two-bedroom flats, nine two-bedroom houses, and a terrace of three-bedroom houses.
