The transformation of the headquarters of the Rhodes Trust is one of just four projects shortlisted for award, which recognises buildings that have been creatively reused to support a more sustainable built environment. Previously a RIBA South Award winner, the project – designed by Stanton Williams – breathes new life into a Grade II* listed building in central Oxford, balancing new and old within a sensitive historic setting.
