In South East London, the new Catford public house redevelopment project is transforming one of the oldest buildings in the town centre, the former Catford Constitutional Club.

Lead by architects Turner Works and Hayatsu Architects, alongside designers Surman Weston for our client Lewisham Council, Webb Yates Engineers will be providing the structural, civils and building services engineering to reimagine the use and sensitively restore the historically significant building in the heart of the town centre.

Late last year the project was given the go ahead, and we can't wait for the next stage. Further proposals will explore outdoor yard spaces to complete the vision for the Thomas’ Lane Yard, one of the first sites to come forward as part of the Catford Town Centre Framework.
