Three of our projects are in the running for this year's Dezeen Awards.

The Rye is a development of 10 sustainable apartments on a prominent corner site opposite Peckham Rye Park. This project has been longlisted in the housing project category. 

Grain House is a re-modeled and extended Victorian, semi-detached property in the de Beauvoir Conservation Area in Hackney, north London. This project has been longlisted in the residential rebirth project category. 

Horris Hill School is a new theatre in the grounds of Berkshire, England. This project has been longlisted in the cultural building category. 

The prestigious awards celebrate the best architectural projects of the year.

The winners will be announced at the Dezeen Awards online event in November.
