We have individual or group desks available to rent in our new premises, a former warehouse and gallery near Old Street and Angel. Flexible opportunities, depending on your requirements.
You will be located on the first floor of the two-storey space, with views out to a beautifully planted garden formed from part of a disused canal basin and access to a private balcony.
The light touch fit-out retains the gallery-like interior, showcasing the view through to the garden and honours the industrial heritage of the building. On the ground floor, an open space has been created overlooking the garden for events and other activities, bringing people together. The desks are a bespoke design in collaboration with our engineers at Webb Yates.
Phase 1 is complete, further investment into the facilities will follow to realise Webb Yates’ vision to provide a studio that supports collaboration.
The neighbouring property and the floors above are occupied by the Victoria & Miro Gallery.
The area is well connected located just off City Road.
We are also very close to the peace and quiet of Regent’s canal to the north and Shoreditch Park to the east.
There are a number of cafes and shops on City Road and nearby, with Shoreditch, Islington and Clerkenwell a short walking distance.
We can offer one to 28 desks for fixed term period or on a rolling basis from £450 per desk per month, including business rates and bills. Administrative and IT support available on request.
For more information on what we can offer and how we can support you and your business, or to arrange a visit, please contact annabel.rootes@webbyates.com.
