St Andrew's Riverside, Tiverton picked up an award at the Housing Design Awards 2018, in the 'Uncompleted' category. 

Designed by Mikhail Riches for Three Rivers Developments and Mid Devon District Council, the scheme develops a riverside site that has provided planning challenges for years. 

The 39 unit scheme, due to go on site in August, proposes a series of pitched roof blocks clustered along the river's banks with a network of public routes and spaces between the blocks to maintain access to the river.
