Joined by current and former staff, as well as many of our esteemed collaborators over the years, we wished Andy the best of luck in this next step.
Andy began his 18-year-long journey with Webb Yates Engineers in 2005 when he co-founded the company alongside Steve Webb. Together with Tom Webster and Andrew Lerpiniere, they grew the company from a two-person civil and structural engineering consultancy, to the 65-strong, award-winning practice of multidisciplinary engineers that it is today.
Following his departure, Andy is planning to take some time to pursue his passion projects outside of the engineering sector – including restoring his heritage canal boat – and will become even more engaged in the voluntary and charity initiatives that he’s been championing for many years.
