About the Space

The available workspace is located on the first floor of the two-storey building, looking out over a beautifully planted garden within a former canal basin, with access to a private balcony. Our light-touch, sustainable fit-out retains the gallery-like quality of the interior, celebrating views through to the garden and the building’s industrial heritage.

Tenants have access to a variety of meeting rooms, breakout areas, and a shared open-plan kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit. The ground floor includes an event space overlooking the garden, used for talks and gatherings that bring the community together. Shower facilities and secure cycle parking are also provided.
