Designed with Carmody Groarke, the renewed workspace for Unity Group has been shortlisted in the Refurbishment (over £10m) category at the AJ Architecture Awards. We delivered the building services engineering and energy strategy, supporting the architect’s reuse-led approach with passive design, all-electric systems, and a focus on reducing operational carbon.
