Join an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering practice that prides itself on its close collaboration with architects to achieve intelligent, innovative buildings.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex electrical and building services projects. This role involves end-to-end project delivery, client engagement and the technical leadership of project teams. You will act as project lead or discipline lead, as required, ensuring high-quality electrical design solutions that are technically robust, commercially aware and aligned with the wider project vision.
You will contribute to the development of low-carbon and energy-efficient strategies, integrating lighting design, power distribution, life safety systems and smart building technologies within a coordinated multidisciplinary approach. Strong experience in electrical design software, such as Amtech (Trimble) and Dialux (or equivalent lighting analysis tools), is expected. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong technical judgement and the ambition to take increasing responsibility within a design-led studio environment.
Candidates should hold an Engineering Level 7 qualification (MEng or equivalent) and be chartered (or working toward chartership with significant progress).
At Webb Yates, we believe in working collaboratively and creatively. We value individuals who are technically strong, socially aware and eager to contribute to a supportive, design-led studio culture. In return, we offer a flexible, inclusive working environment with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful design impact.
