Join an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering practice that prides itself on its close collaboration with architects to achieve intelligent, innovative buildings.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience delivering projects across multiple sectors. This role involves leading or supporting the delivery of mechanical and building services packages from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects and the wider engineering team. This role will take responsibility for technical design, coordination and day-to-day project delivery, with support from senior colleagues where required.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of sustainable and low-carbon design strategies, including passive design approaches, energy-efficient systems and whole-life carbon thinking. Experience in energy modelling or parametric design tools (such as Grasshopper) would be advantageous but is not essential. We are looking for someone technically strong, commercially aware, and confident in both independent working and collaborative studio environments.
Candidates should hold an Engineering Level 6 qualification (or equivalent). Progress toward chartered status is encouraged and supported.
At Webb Yates, we believe in working collaboratively and creatively. We value individuals who are technically strong, socially aware and eager to contribute to a supportive, design-led studio culture. In return, we offer a flexible, inclusive working environment with opportunities for professional growth and meaningful design impact.
