As Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping Webb Yates’ financial systems running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will help maintain accurate records, support day-to-day accounting, and assist with reporting. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, numerically confident, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, design-focused studio.
You do not need to have direct experience in all the tasks straight away. What matters most is your willingness to learn and develop. Whether you have gained relevant skills through previous roles, education, or projects, you will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a proactive mindset to the team.
We are looking for someone with strong numerical and organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and approach challenges with initiative.
You will fit right in if you are professional, approachable, and enjoy working collaboratively. The team values strong communication, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
We welcome applications from those with BTEC or vocational qualifications in business or finance, or graduates who have studied finance or related modules as part of their degree.
At Webb Yates, you will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering practice that values creativity, sustainability, and collaboration. We take pride in fostering an environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and grow alongside talented colleagues.
