Yiyi joined Webb Yates Engineers’ building services team in 2018 after graduating. She has been involved in a number of notable projects, including a 12-storey mixed-use scheme in Burnt Oak, a mixed-tenure housing and regeneration scheme providing 80 new homes in Muswell Hill, and the redevelopment of the former Nason store in the centre of Canterbury.

During her time with us, shehas become a team lead and played a key role in the practice’s development of building modelling and planning submissions. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Yiyi completed her undergraduate studies in Built Environment at Beijing University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. After graduating, she moved to Wales for a year to major in Mechanical Engineering at University of South Wales, then to London to study Environmental Design and Engineering at The Bartlett, UCL.
