Adam Engstrom, Mechanical Engineer

Adam Engstroem 3 v2

MEng

Adam joined Webb Yates Engineers in 2020 and has since taken on a number of challenging projects, including a large new build private home in East Dulwich, a new residential block with a hybrid community heating system near Stratford, and the refurbishment and extension to a residential building in Knightsbridge.

In addition to a practical understanding of mechanical engineering, Adam has gained significant experience in energy and environmental design, and is responsible for designing energy and overheating models for the team’s projects. Adam graduated from the University of Bath in 2016, and worked for a number of construction and engineering consultancies prior to joining us.

Through his previous roles, he gained significant experience in the commercial sector, working on the redevelopment of Watford Business Park; the refurbishment of UCL East; and a redevelopment of the museum and exhibition spaces for the Concrete Centre – a scheme that combined new build and refurbishment.
