Webb Yates scoops fabulous four at the RIBA London Awards 2021

We are pleased to announce that four of our projects wins at this year’s RIBA London Awards.

The Rye

Designed in collaboration with Tikari Works, The Rye is a collection of ten thoughtfully conceived homes set over two buildings. Constructed with a solid timber superstructure, formed primarily from CLT, a focus on sustainability and low impact construction informs the entire scheme.

Grain House

Designed with Hayhurst & Co, Grain House is a remodelled and extended Victorian, semi-detached property in north London, constructed mainly from timber the house connects original and new living spaces and creates a visual link from the entrance, through the family spaces to the garden and on to the new artist’s studio at the back of the site.

York House

Created in collaboration with dMFK Architects, York House is an eight-storey new build and refurbishment scheme providing flexible co-working space for The Office Group.

Wooden Roof

Designed by Tsuruta Architects, Wooden Roof is a new conservatory and part of a Grade II listed end of terrace property situated in the heart of Islington. Wooden Roof not only won the RIBA London Awards, it was also awarded Small Project of the Year.
